Oats-moong spinach bytes/muthiya

One more healthy, tasty breakfast recipe. We love moongodi(moong daal pakodi).I love them so much but can't have them as regular breakfast as they are fried. So started steaming them instead of frying. Not only breakfast but they are big hit as tea time snack and good choice for potluck as well(easy to make).
You can do many variations, add different daal, different veggies and so on.
This time I added lots of chopped spinach and handful of oats to make it more healthier and delicious.
This recipe is full of protein ,fiber, iron and more.Try it once and add one more breakfast recipe in your menu.
